here are some more links on this idea and similar ideas...
http://shootersforum.com/showthread....d=1#post353325 http://www.thehighroad.org/showthrea...60#post4556160 the second link details some of the thought process I went through. Anyway, enjoy the ideas out there. But, be safe. These are potentially disasterous ideas... But, I do think using the old 44 Colt bullet idea is absolutely the way to go with these loads... |

Ben Sansing was a good man and a good friend. I wish he was still around so you could ask him himself about this.

Sorry I missed out. I see he had an email address that included little rock, AR in it. I lived there for a while. But, didn't get to meet him.
Anyway, I'm just carrying on the tradition of finding a new and better way to do something... |

Go to the Largo site and ask for Bolo Bob. He's from out that way. I met him back when the Sociedad Largo was in full swing.

450 Winn Mag.jpg
The taller cartridge is the 410 brass loaded with the old 44 Colt bullet as described above. Call it the 450 Hu-Mongo or for fun the 450 Winn Mag The shorter cartridge is the 45-70 |
