Hi-cap magazines
Was recently on CDNN website looking for pre-ban hi cap magazines. What i found was something that is advertised as "civilian legal hi-cap magazines, LE marked". My understanding was that a magazine marked Law Enforcement was NOT legal for civilian use - and that it had to be pre or post ban to be considered legal. Am I wrong? Am i misunderstanding?

Now that the ban has sunset, all mags are legal for everyone regardless of markings. Maybe you could call the marked mags 'collector's items'

Depends on the jurisdiction - some places there was no sunset
Depends on the jurisdiction - some places there was no sunset because local law continued a local ban. In those places only pre-ban is truly legal but unmarked magazines may be hard to date.
