22-250 Doe Kill
I shot a doe Tuesday with my 22-250 using Sierra 52s. Here in the TX Hill Country the deer are small. She weighed about 70 lbs. I was surprised to see how big the exit wound was. I had never killed a 50+ pound animal with the 22-250 before and it dropped her stone dead on the spot. She was under the feeder at 100 yds.

Yes, varminting bullets will do that.

my friend shot a coyote at about 75 yards with a .22-250. Nearly cut it in half...

I used to use our Sako 22-250 for "doe days" every year. Probably killed 5 or 6 without needing a second shot.
