Workarounds for state restrictions?

Hello, I live in California and was interested in purchasing a Glock 19 handgun, however in CA it is apparently not permitted to buy magazines larger than 10 rounds. Further, the 4th Gen Glocks are not available for civilian purchase.

Is there any workaround for this, whereby I could legally own a high-capacity handgun in my state? Gifting perhaps?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to email to [email protected] if you'd like. Thanks!

We don't advocate or advise "work-arounds" here. Abide by your state's regulations. Your thread will almost certainly be closed very soon.

Washington, there is a very good guide to what you can and can't do here. There's a wealth of knowledge on California law there, and if you live in California, you should be contributing to their efforts.
