I found an interesting photo on Yahoo news.
http://dailynews.yahoo.com/h/p/nm/20...imdf51785.html Can anyone tell me what gun this is? Is it really a "machine gun" as they say in the title? Thanks -Moss |

It appears to be an H&K MP5SD SUBmachine gun.

Concur with GlockTen although I'm not positive. In Journalism school (yeah I went), gun types were poorly represented in style manuals. It's truely a SUBmachinegun. I'm sending a demand for a correction. Anybody with me?

It is indeed an MP-5SD3. I'm curious just how the Serbs got it considering the political realities. Could be a Pakistani or Turk copy. I don't think the Germans would sell to them right now. He seems to be wearing US camo also (not the hat).

Yeah, but look at the receiver design, it's very old. That gun is probably more than 15 years old.
