How do I retrieve my old user name?

I was originally a member of TFL, under the handle "Missourigunner" I changed ISPs and was unable to sign back on as Missourigunner. Is there any method to retrieve my old user name?

Look at the top, right-hand corner of the page under your username and Private Messages info. There are links that read "Lost Password" and "Email Changes." Have you tried the steps suggested there?
