788 trigger

I am looking to improve the trigger on a Remington 788. Does anyone make an aftermarket trigger? Does a Remington 541 T trigger work? Any suggestions would be appreciated, Thanks for any help.

I'd suggest two sources of info on this one:

First, contact Remington to find out what triggers will interchange, and if they know of a replacement trigger unit.

Remington has an excellent email question system on their web site: http://www.remington.com

Second, contact THE experts at Brownell's. If anything is available, they will know.

Timney is supposed to release a 788 trigger around the first of the year. Go to midwayusa.com and get on their notification list.
