Let 'er rip!

175 gr Lee cast gas checked and powder coated by my buddy, the "lipstick" round, 8x57JS. Mauser 98k, modified. Did quite well down range, too.

Do you know the diameter of them? I'm trying to hone out a sizer right now, so I can coat some and get them to a size that'll work.

Thats what I shoot in mine also. Best bullet so far, but has not exactly knocked my socks off.
I may have to try powder coating these. Mine is a VZ24 Mauser
BTW these bullets shoot really well out of my Marlin 32wsp.

I picked up about 200 FPS going from the hard lubed ones to the powder coated ones. He does the powder coating, as I don't want to invest in that stuff right now. Diameter as measured on a few powder coated ones with my trusty Frankford Arsenal calipers is .3235, roughly.
