Colt Targetsman barrel loose!

I have a Colt with a barrel that have rotated slightly.
I want to reseat the barrel. Is there something special to lock the threads or should I just use some locktite on the threads? Never heard of this problem before, I'm wondering why this happened.

SUGGESTION

Contact alex hamilton @ "10-ring precision" in san antonio, texas. He is a founding member of the american pistolsmith's guild (apg). Tell him that "michael" in sealy, texas referred you to contact him.
