Reliable gunsmith in MD for my friends O/U?
My friend from college lives in the North Bethesda, MD area. He inherited an old over under 12g from his grandfather. My friend is not too knowledgeable about firearms, but wants to get his grandfather's gun back to working order. Apparently one of the chambers is not functioning / the shell does not go off.
I have limited info from him on the exact model of gun, but does anyone know of reliable smith's in his area? Maybe someone who specializes in O/U and side by sides? |

You might PM Dave McCracken, the moderator. He lives in MD.

Check at your local trap and Skeet range. The target shooters will usually have a pretty good handle on the abilities of the local smiths.
