300 kynoch

I ran across a 300 kynoch round,looks like a mini 45-70, I assume a 30 cal,can't seem to find any info on these, was it called by another name?, just wondering if someone had any info on this round?

Kynoch was the ammunition manufacturer.

The cartridge is actually the .300 Sherwood
