hornady lnl ap

ok so i finally decided to get into reloading. i bought the hornady lnl ap because it seemed like a good deal but noe that i have the press i need the shell palate and the dies for it but everyone seems to be sold out of them, im loading .223 and lots of it. will any other dies or shell plates work?

Where are you from? If you are close to me I will let you borrow one.

I think if you order shellplates from Hornady you will pay more but I think you will get it quicker so that maybe an option for you.

im in billings mt and there seems to be alot of people reloading around here but i can't find any of them

Nearly all standard reloading dies (RCBS, Redding, Hornady) will work in the LNL AP but ONLY LNL AP shell plates will fit that machine. I use RCBS dies on both my LNL AP presses. Had to grind off the side of seater/crimper die to let it clear the ejector wire on both presses. This may not be necessary with the new style press without ejector wire.
