Utah is now on board, who's next?

Just read about a bill that is headed for the governor. I hope he signs it into law. Which state will be next to tell the feds where to go?

MI is considering similar legislation. I have a thread about it here: http://www.thefiringline.com/forums/...d.php?t=374384. Unfortunately the very clause that bills like this try to get around will end up making it useless because Congress has managed to get the Commerce Clause to mean anything that affects inter-state commerce and not just things traded between states. Sucks. It is an awesome symbolic message to Congress though. Here is the link to the bill :http://www.legislature.mi.gov/%28S%2...e=2009-HB-5232

Can you provide a brief synapsis of the link you provided Stick Man so others will know an idea what the discussion is about?

*** scratching post, mis-read Tuttle8's post. Silly English and its ambiguous verb subjects. Mods feel free to delete this post ***

Alaska's bill passed the House last session and has to go through the Senate this session. The only thing that concerns me is that the Judicial Committee is a little top-heavy with skAnchorage democrats. The rest of the democrats are mostly from bush districts.

Hate to say it, but I bet he doesn't sign it. At least not until Montana wins in Federal court.
