Load Data spread sheet

Does anyone have a convenient Excel spread sheet with most of the variables to fill in load data result?

I will share what I use. 1 worksheet for each caliber you load for. Left side of spreadsheet documents your load, right side documents the results. Makes use of drop downs on many columns. I'm not saying it is the best, but I found this on another forum and it works great for me.
