muzzle loading shotgun

was wondering if anybody has heard of a double 32" barrel 12ga.with the name of Lewis & Tomes.

You should try asking at the website listed below under "antique gun collecting". It recently moved to a new URL address and they installed all new software too. There's a wealth of knowledge there to help identify BP guns.
