Commenting on Existing Threads

New to TFL forums. Enjoy going through the various threads on various topics, and often have a comment or thought that I would love to post to the member who's thread I was reading at the time. So far, I have been unable to figure out how to do this so I usually end up sending a PM to the member. Would love to be a ble to just jump in with my $0.02 worth but don't know how. Can someone enlighten me?

Posting a reply is EXACTLY the same as starting a new thread. Instead of the button saying "New Thread", it says "Post Reply".

... and you are viewing the thread and not the list of threads.

However, I'm puzzled by Freeloader Reloader's question. He had already posted in threads before asking it so he obviously knew how to post in a thread. For example:
http://thefiringline.com/forums/show...31#post5852931
http://thefiringline.com/forums/show...44#post5869544

So, FR, I wonder if the question was about something else, but you didn't state it correctly.

He has posted in several threads since this thread was created. I assume he's got it figured out.
