Hunting bullets

So I have heard the Keith SWC's are the best. I have used Hornady XTP's. Can't say how they have performed due to ther fact I have never shot anything with them .

Why is what better? Why not some soft lead round noses? Hard cast hollow point ? FMJ?

hunting loads

For whitetail Hornady XTPs are fine at proper velocities. For hogs ,bears and tougher animals hard cast lead gives much better penetration. For large and dangerous game hollow points are suicidal.Hard cast flat nose bullets hit much harder and will go out the other side creating a double wound to bleed from.D&G Relaoding makes some of the finest high-performance ammo on the market.Check with them for hunting ammo at www.qualityammo.com
