Press on with the education process.

Particularly this little bit:

Compare that to what's under the kitchen sink, in the cabinet above the wash machine, or in the garage near the lawnmower, and we should just stop cleaning, doing laundry, or cutting the grass. Too dangerous, don't ya know...

Just to clarify what several seem to be skirting: Smokeless powder IS NOT EXPLOSIVE, when ignited "in the open." It'll burn, but, unlike gasoline, won't explode. Primers will explode, but a little effort is needed to prod them into exploding.

Thanks for the info Antipitas, though I was merely curious about why people do what they do as far as handloading, if I do decide to get into it, i'll know where to look now.
