Win 748+175 gr HPBT+.308: Need some load data

I've got a new friend who has 8 pounds of Win 748, a goodly number of both Nosler and Sierra 175 gr HPBT and can't seem to find any load data for his .308. He also wants to know if he HAS to use magnum primers. Anybody got any suggestions?
(He's going to become a member here ASAP but needs to know now about the data.)
