Hornady 200 grain combat/target loads

2 days new to reloading and am trying to work a good load for target/range shooting with hornady 200 grain swc combat/target bullets 45ACP. I have started one batch with 3.8g bullseye with winchester primers and brass
at about 1.25 length... any other suggestions on combinations of powders....
AND.. what can I expect from this load as compared to what I have been shooting which was 230g target loads from winchester white box?
My bullseye shreds well with those are already at about 10 yards.....
I am using a Sig GSR revolution and a SA 1911 Micro Compact

200 gr load

My G21 really likes the Titegroup (5.2 gr) behind the 200 gr Hornady. Good luck

Doesn't get much better than 3.8g bullseye at 1.25 .
That used to be my load. Until I discovered CLAYS. It is so much cleaner and softer to shoot. I also have changed to Precision Delta Bullets.

Cheaper and faster to my door and they are accurate.
Good luck with your loading.

Thanks, MichaelM, what load do you use with clay's?
I went to Delta's site, and yes, those are cheap, have you had any lead problems with the lead wadcutters in your barrel? I really want to try to stay away from lead, but the .40 TMJ has a nice price. Thanks
