Barska Riflescope

Any thoughts on the Barska M-16 electrosight rifle scope. read some good reviews but was wondering if anyone had any real experience with it.

I have had experience with a couple imported electrosight scopes & they were worth exactly what I paid for them.
My motto is; save your money, buy good glass once & you've got a good scope for life.
IMHO, you pretty much get what you pay for.

Barska spotting scope

I've been in the market for a spotting scope and have a friend who is picking up a cheap (<$150) Barska spotting scope 30-90 x 90.

This just seems to cheap to be what I'm looking for, but I do love paying less.

What is the actual quality for spotting scopes beyond the magnification and apperature? Are there actually fuzzy lenses? For rifle scopes I know the sturdiness becomes quite important depending on the caliber of your rifle.

Sorry to the original poster if I'm changing the subject here but I think rifle scopes will probably have similar issues as well.

The biggest issue for me is repeatability of adjustments. I tend to use target scopes and having wacky / inconsistent adjustments offends.
