Trying to ID a 22 rifle, single shot, unique

I have a 22 rifle, single shot, recevier marked Precision Ind, Arms Div. Oz, MO (Ozarks, Missouri). Barrell marked Wildcat 22 - S, L, LR. The action is unique, a lever on the left side is rotated 90 degrees, counter clock wise to open. The barrel slides forward and off the receiver. Stock is plastic. SN: B11209X. Any Ideas on who is the Mfg is and when it was made? Thanks, Rick 22 Rifle.jpg

You got it. It's a Precision Arms Wildcat 22. Here's one that was for sale.
