Savage 220A
Savage made a Model 220 for which you could get a shotgun and/or rifle barrel, but the Model 220A was strictly a single barrel shotgun.

And yet I've heard of folks with a rifle barrel on one. And Numrich lists parts for the 220A:
345620B Extractor Blank, .32-20 & .25-50 Cal 846940 Extractor, .219 Zipper I dunno. John |

You are talking about the Savage 219. You need to search Ebay for a 219 barrel. they were made in 30-30 and 22 Hornet

Savage 220A
The information I offered came straight from the original Savage factory sheets for both models, 220 and 220A. I have no data to support any changes made to the 220A after that.

Savage 220A
You won't find a barrel on Ebay under their new, "no parts that could cause a gun to fire" policy. My suggestion is that we all boycott Ebay from now on.

I have seen rifle barrels on the 220A also. I think I have to look into it if the 219 is the same as the 220A. They look the same but im not sure of the differance in sizes of where they attach. If numrich had one in stock I could drive there and see if it fits the 220A frame. I guess its a waiting game to see when they have one. And yes, I am never dealing with E-BAY again since the firearm parts ban. I guess they think the bunny huggers are more important than the gun guys. Lots of other part sources beside them.
