Wards western field 22 bolt

I was able to reassemble and install the bolt on this rifle thanks to the help I received here. For some reason the spur that raises the round to be chambered will not perform that operation. Any thoughts? Thanks Pete

Problem solved

Idiot me! The leaf spring was reversed. I corrected it and it is now okay. Thanks for your response for help. Pete.
