One final check..

I've found a good deal on a nice used Stevens 200 in .223.

Before I buy it I just want to make sure I can buy aftermarket parts that fit the Savage 10 series that will fit this rifle just in case it doesn't shoot. For example, McGowen pre-threaded barrel and a B&C Tactical Medallists A2 replacement stock. Another option would be a new/unfired varmint barrel from someone at savageshooters.com. I've heard you could get good prices on that.

I do know that Savage has changed the size a few times so I would have to get a stock specific to whatever size action this is.. 4.4" and 4.25" or something like that.
