Who makes Cabela's scope line?

This is simply out of curosity. Who makes their different scope lines? I know it is supposed to be a "secret."

Cabela's Alaskan Guide Premium scopes are made by Light Optical of Japan. They make the very tough Nightforce scopes.

some of the cheaper stuff is made by tasco/bushnell.

Got a 3-9X40 elcheapo model from Cabelas a few years ago and it was advertised as Cabelas brand in the catalog, but when I got it, it had both cabelas markings and bushnell markings. Same thing the next year when I bought a 4X32 scope, Cabelas markings and Tasco markings.

If the thing about nightforce is true I will be ordering one.
