Jury still out on PSA(SC)
Working on my first order with PSA. I ordered
a stripped lower. Everything went through online, had FFL fax license. I have been trying to contact via email and phone about a week but no luck. I did have one response via email but they didn't answer my question. I don't know if they received my FFL, much less the status. But they have charged my card. Anybody know what's up with this company? I know they do a lot of retail business so not sure why I am having difficulty with this. Any input would be appreciated. |

I’ve never done business with them, but see complaints on here occasionally. Most people seem to complain about delivery, communications and general customer service. If I remember most people usually end up getting their stuff and seem happy with the actual product, but again just going from memory. I attached a link to the local Better Business Bureau and their experience with them.

Thanks for the link. It's all in line with your
comments from the board. Interesting that of the 59 complaints, 57 have been within the past year. They also list products and service as separates in the same category so we can only assume it must be customer service complaints as like you I have heard nothing but good about their products. They seem like a retailer based on their site and contact info so I felt they had the customer service/business end down pat. Now it appears like they run a Jim Bob type operation with an excellent product but no skills in marketing and customer service. I hope I'm wrong or this will be my last order, at least for anything requiring an FFL. |

I have only had 1 experience with psa and it was less than a month ago, it was a good experience. I ordered 1,000 rds of blazer 9mm. the site said it would take 1-2 weeks just to ship the box, but i recieved the package 5 days after placing my order. I hope your situation turns for the better.

If you search TFL, in the semiauto and this forum, you will find a lot of PSA feedback as well as more on the company itself.

The Skinny on PSA.......they have very good products at pretty good prices, they are slow to answer emails, and phone calls, but do come through in the end. There brick and mortar stores usually have items in stock that are listed as out of stock on there website.
The skinny on the BBB anyone who pays there membership dues can have a A rating 60 Minutes did a story on them a couple years ago they are a joke and there ratings don't mean **** because company's can pay to have there A+ rating restored they are not unbiased in the least bit.
