Does replacing .243 bbl with .22-250 require bolt change

In considering the replacement of a M700 .243 bbl with a .22-250 bbl the question comes up as to whether the bolt is the same for both. That question arose when it was found that the two cartridges did not both come from the .308 as is commonly thought. While the head diameter is .473" for both calibers, the head of the .243 is thicker by .005 inches per my Speer manual.

Would this difference in thickness require a change to the bolt/extractor? Can anyone speak to this based on personal experience?

Many thanks.

No Sir. The bolt face does NOT require modification.

Thank you, Kraig. I'll proceed accordingly on that no-nonsense answer.
