junior, senior?...I'm curious as to how this works

I've been on this board [ site? ] for a month or so now. I started off as a junior member...then went to member...and now I'm all the way to senior member. DAMN! I could've made brig/gen by 19 at that rate. So how does this work? Who makes those decisions? And how soon will I make SUPER HIGH POTENTATE MEMBER?
Are there any other IOOF members on this board? That's the INTERNATIONAL ORDER of OLD FARTS, by the way.

I think its all a matter of how many posts you make,You make so many for each member jump.

Terry, you have been on for about a month and a half and have made 17 posts. I think that once you hit 15 you make senior member. Unless Rich has figured out a way to look through the internet and see how old you are? Nah, that couldn't be it.

Terry, if you want to make High Potentiate without benefit of the training and posting, not to mention the obstacle course, I have the authority to grant the title. Just send me a check for $25 dollars U.S. (money order or PayPal) and I will e-grant your status. Don't worry about checking with Rich on this, he knows all about it....

TERRY, I don't think you started out as a Junior Member. The only Junior Members are under 12 years old and we only charge them 1/2 the standard membership fee. As I recall, you paid full admission.

Anyway, let's continue this over in the Suggestions & Questions forum...
