223 load data for alliant pro powder 1200r

223 load data for alliant pro powder 1200r.I am having a hard time finding it.For .223 55gr vmax. There isn't any in my manuals .I.found 8 pound jugs of it.

This is for a 55 gr Sierra HPBT

Federal brass 2.24 COL 24" BBL Fed 205M 1200-R 22.9 3,228

Based on the sparse data I would work up to the 22.9 gr max charge very cautiously.

Alliant's reloading data. They don't have 1200-R listed as a powder, but by looking through the 223 Rem data I found the Sierra HPBT load.
