M Series from Streamlight?

Anybody got one on their shotgun? I don't recall much being said here about these lights, and I know most folks prefer the Surefires. However, I can get a Streamlight much cheaper, and I'd like to know more about how both the mount (which looks kind of small; see here http://www.impactguns.com/store/stre...rem_mount.html ) and the light hold up.

I'm quite fond of my Scorpions. Just wondering if a Streamlight M series on the 870 would work well.

I do sort of like the fact that the light doesn't move with the forend. Seems you could keep your target lighted more consistently while racking the action.

i have an M3 on my 590A1 and its stood up to the abuse so far. Just to make sure I contacted the Insight people and they said it would be able to withstand shotgun firing. With the mount and light the whole thing cost $130, which is cheaper than what surefire wants for its light system. The good thing is that I can use the M3 on either my 590A1 or my glock 19.
