BL-C(2) .223 powder choice ???
Out of scarcity of my favorite powders I am considering reloading with BL-C(2).
I have no experience with this powder. I would like your opinions and feedback. What is it comparable to? Loading 55gr V-max and Nosler 55gr BT with Fed 205 or Rem7-1/2 primers. To be used in AR rifles. Thanks

BL-C2 has become one of my favorite powders for .223 from 55-69 gr at least. It seems to have the least variation in group size as I work up powder charge ladder tests, and it usually gives the best group among H335, Varget and H4895. It is well worth testing in your rifle.

I like the 7 1/2's with BLC-2
usually produces the best results with heavy .223 bullets >=60 grains up works great in the .204 Ruger also with 32's.

BL-C(2) is my preferred powder for .223/5.56 as well as .204 Ruger. I usually use CCI 450 magnum primers with it (as I do with most ball powder), but they're not a must. I was pleasantly surprised by the accuracy I was able to get with the Sierra 53gr MatchKing HP and BL-C(2) in my AR...
