Alaris Minimed 3 IV pump

I posted a request last year regarding SWAT/ERT medical kit contents and got good information. For our brothers and sisters in the military I have another question: are you finding it difficult or impossible to get the Alaris Minimed 3 channel IV pump? They have been removed from the civilian market however the IV sets are still available. These pumps are ideal for our civilian med-evac team. The prevailing thought is that all inventory is being diverted to combat units and will be for the forseeable future. Can anyone comment on availability for military useage?
