ECS... Enhanced Combat Shotgun

Since "tactical" is a mindset and assault leans towards being on the offense, I offer the following...

We have EBR or "Enhanced Battle Rifle" to describe the modern semi auto with mil style features...

Maybe something like Enhanced Combat Shotgun or ECS would better describe these shotguns with rails and breacher muzzles and pistol grip stocks etc...

Somehow, plain old "shotgun" seems to be the least offensive in name, intent, and wordsmithing........

A good red dot sight, sling and big controls are nice.
