Copper plated cases

does anybody know what the deal is with these copper plate 9mm cases i picked up such as if they are reloadable or not.?

if they are berdan primed ( most likely ) then no. If they are boxer primed they are reloadable but why bother with steel copper washed cases when you can have brass for next to nothing in 9mm

There are some steel coated in brass and nickel. These are not reloadable.
