changing a mainspring taurus 605

can anyone give me a simple step-by-step for changing the mainspring in a Taurus 605 ( or model 85)

I put a lighter Wolff spring in mine, and want to go back to the factory spring

(Last time, the local gunsmith at my dealers did it as a freebie, but he's on vacation this week and besides I don't want to wear out my welcome)

looking inside, it appears it should be simple

but every time I THINK IT LOOKS SIMPLE, something goes haywire. It appears as if its just held in place by a clip and it's own spring pressure

anyone ever do this?
