about bow strings
what are good bow strings? how much do they cost?
i have a hoyt bow it is left handed. the last time i used it was about 6 months ago. i need new strings and a new site. i will post a pic of my bow. just need to go to walmart to buy batteries. i use to go with my uncle to go practice but he is in the army and kind of hard to reach at the moment. he did all the maintanence so now i have to learn. i have been reading other posts and i will check out archery talk. it is a rebel xt here is a pic http://img350.imageshack.us/img350/8835/pict00796uu.jpg

Hoyt sells their bows through authorized dealers only. You might want to try and find a pro-shop in your area to have it serviced, especially if your bow is set up with a fastflight system.
