I'm 5'10" and 220 and carry most times that I'm out and about. I wouldn't consider myself overly fat, but I've got no spare room inside my belt. IWB would be uncomfortable and I don't want to print by OWB. Usually, I carry my Nano under my left shoulder, tucked in a special pocket in a Packin-Tee t-shirt.

6'2" 240, and shrinking
I carry an LCR .357 IWB on my right hip. I think if I got any heavier I would have trouble, if I have to buy bigger pants to carry IWB I look like a total slob because my pants are way baggy.

I feel your pain brother! I'm a big guy and I find myself using the back pocket hoster more than anything else. It's in my back wallet pocket, so if anyone tries to rob me and ask for my wallet....SURPRISE

Two years ago I was weighing in at 255lbs and I'm 5'7". I had taken to carrying a S&W Model 49 in an ankle holster since it had gotten to hard to carry anything on my waist and not have it print.
I'm now weighing in at 168lbs and I'm back to carrying my Glock 19/26 in my Milt Sparks under the belt Mirage holster on my strong side. I wear larger shirts to cover it. I guess it's vanity, but after so many years of wearing 42/44 inch trousers I'm enjoying wearing 30 inch trousers and I don't want to wear a larger size in order to carry my IWB. Vanity. |

I am not fat, but I am not thin either and I carry mostly in my pocket and the rest of the time it is at the 4 position.
