Reloading .223 worth it?

I'm talking from a purely economical perspective here. With surplus available from sportsmans guide fairly cheap, do you guys find that it's worth the time compared to cost savings?

It's worth my time, I pay about 1/2 as much and get match grade accuracy

Worth

If you are just going to blast away - and that can be a lot of fun - then maybe not.
If you are concerned with getting the best from your gun, then definitely so. There are any number of marvelously accurate loadings available to the handloader that are just not available commercially. Are they cheap? Not necessarily, but they work real well.
So, it depends on what you want to do with your gun and your time.

Is reloading a 223 worth it?

YES !!!
My wife gets 3/8 inch groups with full charge reloads
I have a Ruger UNTRA-LITE and get 3 1/2 inch groups with full charge loads.
I dropped the velocity back to .22 Hornet Velocity [2600 + or - and get her groups.

223 is simple and very straight forward to reload it has saved me lots of $$$ in return for some time.
