Reasonably Priced Handgun Lights?

Does anyone know of any good quality, reasonably priced handgun lights (under $100)?

It would need to fit either a Springfield XD or a S&W M&P.

Are lights pretty standard, or are they made for specific models?

Streamlight M3 is about 100.00, I have one for my Glock and haven't broken it yet. I'm not sure if the M3 will fit on a XD or M&P but it is a decent light for the money. IMHO.
