I have an ancient set of dies that will load PAPER 12 ga shells on a standard Rock Chucker type press. I do know however, that brass shot shells, while they look cool, are absolutely a pain to shoot. They tend to stick in the chamber about 80% of the time. Find a Cowboy Shooter web sight as this subject comes up often with Cowboy Shooters.
