Handcuffs Aluminum vs. Stainless Steel
My fathers friend is a retired policeman and has given me a choice of either a pair of aluminum or stainless steel Smith & Wesson handcuffs. He claimed the aluminum are more desirable and valuable, but the SS have a nice heft to them. Any suggestion from our law enforcement friends on which set to choose would be appriciated. My plan is keep them as a novelty item. BILLDAVE

Id take the aluminum ones, if for a keepsake only. I have been hunting a set for along time now, to no avail. I want a set for off duty carry, but the few pair I have found are out of my measly cop budget.
