Is the take down of this shot gun similar to the Model 12? At first glance it seems to be--but I'd rather hear from someone who knows before attempting.

Harley, would you send me the instructions (takedown model specific, if it makes a difference)? Thanks.

Additionally, can you (or anyone) recommend a smith on the west coast who knows the '97?
