Hello,
I am intersted in restoring a CZ23/24/25. There are demilled part kits available from Centerfire Systems and Southern Trading's has 80% complete reciever tubes. What I would like to find out is if I can restore the demilled CZ23/24/25 using the new reciever tube to a semiauto condition. I do not have a class III license and since I live in MN I never will. I would love to restore a CZ24 to a shootable, semi-auto state. Would this mythical restored CZ24 as a semi-auto be legal under Title XI. I believe the CZ24 has a selective fire feature that is actuated based on the length of the trigger pull. If anyone has any input on this project of mine please respond. Also any resourses I can approach to answer this question would be appreciated. The CZ23/24/25 is the Czech SMG that the UZI was based on. It fires 7.62x25. Harv |

I won't touch it from a legal point of view as I don't know the laws. Yes, it's possible. Problem is, you're not going to have an easy time of finding out how. Best to build a dummy and live with it. To build a firing LEGAL semi-auto might take some serious gun designing skills. Are you up to the job, Mr. Browning?
