Computer question

While I was deleting my spam this evening a web site called cosmic click installed itself as my home page. I don't want it and cannot delete the dam thing.I am using Win 95 and IE ver 4. When I right click on its icon the "minimize" is blotted out and doesn't work. Can someone please help me get rid of this p.o.s.?

Is it a program?

If it is a program, go to START...SETTINGS...CONTROL PANEL...Double click on ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS If your program is listed, follow the steps to remove it.

If it is just a shortcut to a website, the site is probably listed in your favorites and can be deleted there.

Also,

to change the homepage, you can go to VIEW, INTERNET OPTIONS, "GENERAL" tab, and change the default page there.
