scope rings

does anyone know where i could buy the top half an bolts for a stainless steel ruger scope ring for a 1 inch tube. i need both top halves. i emailed ruger but have heard nothing.

Ruger sells rings as an assembly, so no top halves for sale. You can buy Ruger rings from a lot of places, such as Midway. Just a FYI, if you buy Ruger rings they usually cost about $60 pre set of 2 rings. Ruger recently started selling rings in packages of one, and that costs about $30, so make sure you get two scope rings when you order.
