32gr, 5.7 bullets for 5.56 reloading

Saw the 5.7(.224) 32gr. bullets for sale and am interested, but there is no reloading data available. I am wondering if the bullets will hold together at velocities above 3600fps out of a 1/9 barrel. How far down must I take the velocity to get them to stabilize out of a 1/7 14.5" barrel. Can it even be done with some semblance of stabilization?

You don't slow down bullets to stabilize them. If you over-spin a bullet you may see problems if they are not perfectly balanced/concentric. Otherwise, once they're stable, they're stable.

I doubt you'd have any trouble with speed when the barrel is only 14".

You'd have to know how those bullets compare to other 32 or 35gr .224 bullets to know how to adapt data.
