Custom finishes for 3rd gen Smith & Wesson?
I am looking for a company tht is reputable that will either bead blast or will apply a durable finish like Cerakote or Duracoat. I have Duracoted guns such as Glocks in the past but the 3rd gen slide is more then I want to try and disasemble. This gun has personal value to me so cost doesnt bother me but I need to have it done right. Looking for either to have it re bead blasted or a finish put on that is along the lines of melonite or tenifer. I tried Smith & Wesson but they said they will only Melonite pistols that already had that finish applied. Any help is appreciated and if you know of any companied offering better finishes please let me know.

I have never personally used them, but a friend sent a gun to NovaK and was very pleased with the work.

Check out some of the offerings from Robar. Great company, I had them do a NP3 plus finish on a pistol of mine.
