Is Tulammo 7.62x39 154 gr SP still manufactured?

With the shortages of late, ammo is hard to find.

7.62x39 is no exception, but although I have been able to find the 122gr from time to time, it is IMPOSSIBLE to find the Tula (or any other) 154 gr SP.

Does anybody know if they have been discontinued?
Or is this (hopefully) just a temporary result of the shortage?

I would guess it's a result of the shortage. Seems like a lot of manufacturers are just pumping out one or two loads of what's most popular. Like I can still find m80 ball pretty easily, albeit not at prices I want to pay, but the various match loads and such don't seem to be that numerous. 30-30 is just downright impossible in any load
