Hello,
I own Detonics pistol that was made in Arizona. I believe that it was one of the last ones made before the company went out of business for the second time. I believe that the first ones were made in Seattle WA. Maybe the AZ pistols were made up from leftover parts from WA.? The pistol is very nicely made and finished. Any idea what the last serial # series was when they ceased production? Several Colt 1911 parts interchange with it. It came in a black pistol rug case and an adjustable rear sight with three interchangable blades.
Thanks
